Along the way, I learned hard lessons about holding on to responsibilities too long and chasing revenue that pulled us away from our priorities. I bring that experience to the decisions you face now.

Remote guidance and local meetings
I work with owners of established businesses, typically with 5–50 employees. Sessions are generally remote, with meetings at your place of business available in the St. Louis area. We use the six IMPACT Principals to work on your most pressing issue first.

Do you only work with St. Louis businesses?
No. I work remotely with business owners beyond the St. Louis area. Local owners can also arrange meetings at their place of business.
Do I need to come to your office?
No. We can meet remotely or, in the St. Louis area, at your place of business.
Are business advisory and business coaching separate services?
My one-to-one engagement combines practical recommendations, business coaching, and accountability. We choose the meeting cadence based on your business needs.
Will you manage my team?
You remain responsible for decisions and implementation. Direct team management is not part of the standard advisory engagement.
