I've built businesses, exited businesses, and now I help other Christian business owners do the same.

Compound Impact System exists to help small business owners build companies that compound impact — not just revenue.

The story

I've spent my career at the intersection of technology, business, and mission. I started as a software engineer, served as CIO for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, then co-founded a software company that I grew to over $10M in annual recurring revenue before selling it to private equity.

But the moment that changed everything didn't happen in a boardroom. In 2010, I traveled to Uganda — and what I saw there rewired how I think about business and purpose. It led me to found Three Avocados, a non-profit coffee company that funds clean water projects in developing countries. That trip taught me that business, done right, is one of the most powerful forces for good on the planet.

Now I'm taking everything I've learned — the wins, the hard lessons, the faith that held it all together — and investing it into a community of business owners who believe the same thing.

The vision

Other business coaches aim to help you grow your revenue. Compound Impact System was built to do something bigger.

I believe that a Christian business owner who is growing spiritually, thinking clearly, leading well, and giving generously doesn't just build a better company — they change the lives of their employees, fund work around the world, and create a legacy that outlasts them.

That's the compounding effect I'm after. Not just a bigger business, but a bigger life. This work exists to help you build both.

Why faith is part of how I work

I'm a Christian. I believe the resources entrusted to me — including this business — are meant to be stewarded toward something bigger than my own bank account. That belief shapes how I run my own business, and it's the foundation of how I coach others.

The Compound Impact System is built for owners who share that conviction. You don't have to be a Christian for the framework itself to work — the principles apply to any business — but the conversations, the language, and the way Identity gets defined are tuned for owners who want their faith and their work to be one thing, not two.
